Information you give us
When you send a service request we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address (optional), vehicle details, the service you need, your preferred contact method and your message. We use it only to respond to your request, schedule service and communicate with you about your vehicle.
How we store it
Requests are emailed to the shop and stored in our website's administration area so they aren't lost. Access is limited to the shop. We keep requests only as long as needed to serve you and maintain our business records, then delete them.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information for others' marketing. We do not use it for automated decision-making.
Text messages
If you choose "Text" as your contact method, we'll text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we won't text you again.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time) for security and to keep the site working. This site does not use advertising cookies. WordPress may set functional cookies if you log in or leave a comment.
Third-party services
- Google Maps: our map is embedded from Google, which may set cookies and collect usage data under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts: fonts load from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
- Analytics: if we add Google Analytics or similar tools, they collect anonymized usage data to help us improve the site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Review sites: links to Yelp, Google and social media take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
Your California privacy rights
California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them and ask us to correct or delete it. Call us or ask in person and we'll respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
